I am an alcoholic.
It means that when I drink alcohol, I no longer control my life.
But I have regained my senses and today I live a better life than I ever did before.
This is not a textbook on alcoholism, health or psychology. I am not an expert on alcohol and drugs, nor a doctor or a psychologist. This is my personal story.
If the first part on alcohol and my troubles with it does not interest you, you can turn to the second part. It is about physical health and what I did, when I rebuilt my life from red wine to marathon. The third part discusses how one can turn life changes to lasting changes.
