Furthermore, the book assesses population growth, education opportunities, and not least trade.

FRAMTÍÐIN ER OKKARA is about the importance of controlling our own affairs and the danger of surrendering our future for others to administer. That is a task for us to fulfil, and it is a task that we can fulfil with the resources and competencies we possess on the islands.

This book is a very well substantiated contribution to the political discourse of the Faroe Islands.
