Leitingin eftir Ólavi Heilaga

Oysten Morten
In September 2010, the religious historian, Øystein Morten, found an old bone, which the Catholic Church claimed to be that of St. Olaf. Scientists from the universities of Oslo, Uppsala, and from the United States investigated the matter. The search for St. Olaf had begun.

X-rays, carbon dating, and DNA structure along with new source research revealed a completely different man from the one, Snorri Sturluson wrote about.

This is the tale of a different Olaf than the one we know. A man, who emerges as a mercenary in England at the beginning of the 11th century.

At the same time, this is also a book about faith and hope during the Middle Ages, about a powerful church, swapped bodies, and secrets, that have been buried at the cathedral chapter in Nidaros.
