7. Protection of Digital Products

It is illegal, according to copyright laws and statutes, to copy digital material. The digital goods in Sprotin are protected with a watermark. This means that an invisible mark has been placed in the e-book or audiobook, which contains your order number and name. If the material is misused, this mark is used to identify you. It is your responsibility that people, other than yourself, do not gain access to your digital material. If your digital goods are found where files are illegally shared with others or illegally downloaded, it is possible to find your order number and name, and you are held responsible for the illegal copying.

8. System Requirements

Using e-books, audiobooks, etc. bought on sprotin.fo requires the user to have access to certain equipment and programmes. These programmes and tools may also need to be updated periodically. These requirements may determine whether you are able to use the product you have purchased. You recognise and understand that such system requirements are your responsibility.
